COVID-19 Service Update

COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE: 

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23rd March, it is with regret that the Shellplant Depot is currently closed to visitors. However, we do want to help our customers as much as possible during this difficult time and we are working from home.

Our phone system is on auto answer with the options of Service, Parts, Sales, Accounts and Other. Please select the relevant option and you will be directed accordingly so that we can offer support from home.

In the case of needing emergency parts, we are able to pick and ship these on a daily basis provided we have the items your require in stock. One of the team can go in - pick the parts and arrange despatch observing social distancing and isolation guidelines.

We are also able to place orders online with our manufacturers for direct delivery to our customers.

During this lockdown period, our Service Engineers will be supporting emergency jobs only for critical projects.

Thank you to all our customers for your patience in these challenging conditions. We will do our very best to support you, and will continue to offer phone assistance for as long as we are working remotelyand safely in these very difficult times for everyone.
